Dr. Lee Atkinson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Illinois in 2015. He completed Periodontics Residency at the Naval Post Graduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland and obtained his Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He is a dental officer in United States Navy Reserves and has served at Camp Pendleton San Diego, California, Yuma, Arizona USNS Mercy Navy Hospital Ship and as the Periodontist at NAS Jacksonville. His expertise in laser periodontics and implant dentistry allows Dr. Atkinson to provide the highest standard of patient centered care using the latest technology. Dr. Atkinson is also fluent in Spanish.
